The Jordan Legacy’s Response to the Government’s National Suicide Prevention Strategy 2023-2028

We welcome the Government’s new National Suicide Prevention Strategy (NSPS) because it’s a long overdue opportunity to bring more focus to the unacceptably high number of suicides in this country. However, we are also very disappointed with the new NSPS because we feel it lacks ambition.

The Leeds Online Safety Campaign is a multi-agency initiative led by the NSPCC to support professionals, parents and carers to help keep children safe in their online world.

The #JoinTheDotsTour joined together people & organisations with current or potential ‘solutions’ and brought in people & organisations not currently involved in suicide prevention who were also identified as ‘part of the solution’.
