The Jordan Legacy is a not-for-profit business with purpose. We are a registered (Registered No. 12784768) Community Interest Company (CIC). We re-invest all profits toward our mission of seeking ways of better supporting those who are feeling a sense of entrapment and hopelessness and, specifically, to reduce the number of lives being lost to suicide.
To make a financial donation to support our work, by Credit/Debit card, PayPal of via our JustGiving page, please use the Orange donate button.
Since 2020, we have worked with the UK government and organisations and workplaces in the UK and overseas to raise awareness about issues relating to mental health and suicide, as well facilitating practical actions for change, through our talks, panel discussion events and working partnerships with companies, organisations and groups.
We also engage directly with charities and individuals, such as Papyrus, Mind, Samaritans, the 3 Dads Walking and others who all want to see us moving toward a society where suicides are rare events. Our founder, Steve Phillip, has also featured in interviews on BBC Breakfast News and the Sunday Times Magazine.
The Jordan Legacy is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) and relies solely on financial donations, from companies and individuals, all of whom want to support our efforts to help reduce the number of suicides. Without these donations, we would be unable to continue our work.
Can you help support any of the following initiatives?:
Our Suicide Prevention Action-Research Project
Total support needed for 2023 is £38,000
Launched in January 2023, this initiative requires a significant number of people-hours spent interviewing those working in suicide prevention or those who have experienced suicide, to inform our ongoing action-research project. As the project develops, through online forums and live action-planning events, a rolling report will collate all responses from interviews, forums and events and will aim to answer two fundamental questions: how can we reduce the number of suicides in the UK and how far can we go in reducing the numbers?
You can make a financial donation to support this project and in return, your organisation will be highlighted in our ongoing action-research report, on our website, via our social media and at our events.
More information about this project can be found here.
Jordan’s Space – our radio show
Support this initiative from £3000
Launched in 2022, Jordan’s Space is 60-minute online radio show, broadcast fortnightly and globally on Yowah Radio. Recordings of each show are promoted via online streaming websites, including MixCloud and Podbean, where a number of guest interviews have ranked in the Global Top 10 for #talk broadcasts.
A recording of each show is then featured on our own website, so it can be listened to whenever you have the the time. Our shows feature an interview with a new guest each week who will share their own unique experience of suicide and a choice of music which has a personal meaning to them.
Each show takes several hours to research and prepare for guests interviews, recording of conversations and then editing prior to broadcast.
You can make a financial donation to support this project for a period of 6 months and in return, your organisation will be mentioned twice during each show’s broadcast and via our website and our social media platforms.
More information about this project can be found here
Hope for Life UK) Conference 2023

Our first conference, in 2021, was attended, physically, by more than 130 people and broadcast live to LinkedIn and Facebook audiences. The event received much praise for its organisation and breadth of inspiring speakers, theatrical and musical performances.
