Proactive ways to improve your wellbeing
This section shares a range of different tools and techniques, supported by The Jordan Legacy, which have a significantly positive impact on improving the mental health and wellbeing of those who have used these services.
Search Google or your smartphone’s App Store and you can feel overwhelmed with the choice of wellbeing apps or techniques for improving your mental and physical health. In this section of our website, we are highlighting those services we have personal experience of and would be comfortable to recommend to you to try for yourself.
HappierMe
At first glance, HappierMe might appear to be just another app but Founder and developer Dr. Manoj Krishna, a retired spinal surgeon from the UK, explains that ‘Most problems we humans face, for which there is no easy answer, begin in our thinking. Our mission is to empower people to understand their own mind so they can be in charge of their thoughts, feelings and actions, and live a happier life.’
With more than 70 bite-sized modules, HappierMe helps users feel better now, and then takes them deeper to understand the root cause of problems, for prevention and long-term benefit. Additional support is also available from coaches who partner with HappierMe. There is an online forum, as well as an online journal with guided questions to help aid self-reflection. HappierMe has evidenced significant transformations in young people and adults.
If you would like to learn how to achieve a deeper understanding of yourself and how you can manage your emotions, be mentally healthy, have happier relationships, avoid addiction and improve other soft skills, please visit the HappierMe website via this link.

TRE-UK
What if there was a way, with one simple but regular physical practice, you could permanently remove the symptoms of past stress, overwhelm or trauma? Releasing tension from the core of the body, which you may have been holding for years, can make a positive impact in the first 15-minute session.
That’s a big claim!! That was our reaction when we were first introduced to the Founder of TRE UK® Caroline Purvey, and she shared the amazing work she has been doing for the past 12+ years.
Caroline is on a mission to train Facilitators in schools to support the youth so they do not take their childhood traumas into their adult life. Everyone who engages in the process will become an Inspiration for the Next Generation as their fee goes directly to support the training at each nominated school.
In December 2024, Caroline was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

Steve Phillip, Founder of The Jordan Legacy, have both experienced the TRE UK Total Release Experience Programme, with hugely positive benefits. Following his first 30-minute release exercise, Steve experienced a 90% improvement in a frozen shoulder injury he’d carried for 12 months. His wife experienced a significant release of recurring mental trauma she’d carried since the death of her mother more than 40 years ago.
