We are delighted to welcome North Bar as The Jordan Legacy’s new Superhero Partner for 2025. North Bar owns a number of friendly and popular bars, unsurprisingly situated in the north of England and for the next 3 years, they have pledged their support to help raise funds in a variety of different ways to support our mission to prevent all preventable suicides.

In December 2024, Founder of The Jordan Legacy, Steve, met with People Operations Manager, Harriet Tarbatt and the directors of North Bar, Christian and John and members of the management team, where Steve shared our story. Since then, staff from the various bars have been raising funds in various creative ways, including raffling hampers and a percentage of beer sales being donated to The Jordan Legacy too.

On January 1st, several members of the North Bar team signed up to participate in our twice yearly One Million Steps Challenge, where each participant (Stepper) commits to run, jog, walk 1 million steps (approximately 500 miles) in 100 days whilst raising funds along the way. The team has already got off to a flying start.

I know that our friends at North Bar have much more planned during the coming months, including possibly tackling the Yorkshire Three Peaks! Watch this space for further updates.
